A warm welcome to FUSION meal, a Scolarest restaurant at the ETH Hönggerberg. Our offering is characterized by culinary diversity and a constant rotation of delicacies at eight different stations. We live the concept of the 'Fusion Kitchen' by bringing together various food cultures and cooking traditions. Here inspiring dishes from all over the world await you anew every day, prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients. The focus is on freshness, taste, and a responsible approach to food.

FUSION meal is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We offer a broad range of menus, including Asia World, Meat Works, Soul Food, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. In addition, our guests can enjoy various buffets that change daily: the Globetrotter Buffet, the Power Kitchen Buffet, and the Fresh Island Buffet. These allow you to choose from a variety of high-quality, authentic dishes.

For the drink selection, we have homemade specialties such as unsweetened iced tea and flavored water on offer. In addition to classic dishes, exciting new taste experiences that we have created for you also await. Quality and variety are our goal, and we look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant and offering you an unforgettable culinary experience.

For our students, we offer special prices at the Globetrotter Buffet, where you pay only CHF 2.50 per 100g. Employees pay CHF 2.90 and external guests CHF 3.40.
