The Restaurant at the Dolder Grand is a renowned fine-dining destination in Zürich, led by fine-dining chef Heiko Nieder. With its 19 Gault-Millau points and 2 Michelin stars, it is among the most highly decorated restaurants in the city. Here, guests are indulged in a stylish setting with innovative gourmet cuisine. The dishes are distinguished by an extraordinary variety of aromas that grow beyond classic flavor profiles. Heiko Nieder, the head chef, offers a balanced menu that ensures unforgettable culinary experiences both at lunchtime and in the evening.

For lunch the restaurant offers an amuse-bouche menu, while in the evening the extensive The Restaurant menu is served, also in a vegetarian version. Opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday, evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and additionally Thursday and Friday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. for lunch. Early reservation is recommended, as the tables are much sought after. In addition to the main restaurant, there is the option to enjoy an exclusive view of the preparation of the dishes by the kitchen team at the Chef's Table. Here, 4 to 5 guests can watch the preparation directly and experience the creative processes up close.

The restaurant also offers a stylish private dining room for up to 12 people, where tailor-made menus are created according to special wishes. A particular highlight is the extensive wine selection with over 800 labels, carefully chosen by the Gault-Millau-awarded young sommelière Katharina Sarrot. The wines are stored under controlled conditions in the striking Winecube.
